  If only there was a 0 star option-terrible and didn't apologise despite the almighty mess-up on their end. It's not a lot to ask given we have lost leave days and time and still have no flooring. Still they tried to get some money from us, after I stated we wanted a refund we will be doing everything direct as it will be cheaper than buying their glues etc. they can't even process a refund straight away and don't show any urgency in doing so. Don't touch them.
